As an East Carolina University graduate student, Phyllis enjoyed the many hours in the computer lab.     There were always several undergraduate students around to help with software!  She left ECU with an MBA and a love of computers.  She is also a retired member of the US Army, having served 20 years in many locations, including Belgium and Turkey.
Phyllis has owned the Outer Banks Computer Learning Center since February 2001.
